6th Annual Shuckin’ On The Strand Oyster Roast presented by FSA-Full Steam Ahead
That culinary delicacy from under the sea was again center stage at the Sixth Annual Shuckin’ On The Strand Oyster Roast on February 8 at The Hot Fish Club, located in Murrells Inlet. Hosted by gsSCENE and presented by FSA Full Steam Ahead, Inc., the oyster roast brought in over $1,500 in proceeds for gsSCENE with more than 300 in attendance.
The mission was simple – give attendees quality seafood to enjoy. And what better place to do that than in the seafood capital of South Carolina. The theme was come hungry and leave happy.
Tickets for the event were $25 per person and included all-you-can-eat oysters from Harrelson’s Seafood, chicken bog and fixings and two draft beers. Tickets for children ages 8 and under was $10. Event featured live entertainment by the Paul Grimshaw Trio who brought the house down.
